The youth ministry at Orange
Avenue is designated to help our
youth mature as Jesus did (Luke
2:52). We encourage our
teenagers to be examples for
others (1 Timothy 4:12) and a
light to the world (Matthew
5:14-16).
Goals:
To have every teen a
member of the Body of
Christ.
Equip and encourage each
teen in evangelism by
providing an evangelistic
workshop and opportunity for
foreign and statewide
mission trips.
Teach each teen to be a
restorer (Gal. 6:1-5)
Provide opportunities
for every teen to be a
servant.
Instill in each teen the
importance of being more
spiritually minded.
Equip teens with the
skills on becoming more
prayerful.
Service Opportunities:
Teaching and studying
with teens the plan of
salvation.
Service project at
Central Florida Bible Camp.
Service projects for our
members.
Provide communion to
shut-ins.
Participate in CYF's and
Sonquest.
