The library provides an opportunity to check out spiritual and life based books along with Bible research materials. This ministry exists to serve the spiritual and educational resource needs of the church for personal growth and for teaching others in classes or one on one.
Goals:
Arrange the Library in order to use it more efficiently.
Categorize and organize
our current and any future
books.
Have the Library open
for the membership by having
set hours of operation.
Acquire new books
through donations, Book
Fairs and using some monies
to purchase new material.
Maintain the Library by
keeping up with current
books and integrating new
purchases.
Incorporate Audio &
Video tapes.
Service Opportunities:
Help acquire more
shelves, computer and desk
Help with organizing the
library.
Categorize books using a
computer library program.
Staff the library when
open and help assist in
locating books.
Donate or purchase books
for library.
Help with a "Bookstore"
for members to purchase and
donate books.
Index all audio and
video tapes.
