Computer Data Services Ministry

• In a timely manner, update the pictorial directory to include all members, church staff, ministry leaders, and ministry profiles.
• Release pictorial directory updates monthly.
• In a timely manner, update the membership data base to include all members.
• Recruit, train and develop a intra team of data base designers/developers/managers that are part of a core media ministry team.
• Secure new computer equipment through donations, general funding and fundraiser activities.
• Encourage ministry leaders to incorporate the membership data base in their ministry for record retention.
• Support Spiritual Growth Workshop, Blue Ridge Encampment and Church Enrichment Conference with data base management.
• Update auditorium and office staff computer hardware.
• Update router and cable network to include media team office and other locations as needed.
• Place computer in local central location for use by ministries, teachers and support staff during bible study and worship assemble.

• Individuals with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Adobe PhotoShop editing software experience,  to be part of the media team ministry.
• Update the Membership Pictorial Directory. (PowerPoint and Photo Editing experience helpful.)
• Update membership database.
• Data entry.
• Donate funds for new equipment.
• Organize or assist in a fundraiser event.
• Computer system repair, software installation, networking, operating system administration.
